Nylon
-Features : Lightweight, wear-resistant, tear-resistant, and waterproof (especially high-density nylon such as Cordura®).
-Application : Mountaineering bags, travel bags, sports backpacks
-Ballistic Nylon: Ultra-high strength, commonly used in military or high-end bags.
-Oxford Nylon: The surface has a granular texture, which is wear-resistant and easy to clean
Polyester
-Features: low cost, good wrinkle resistance, UV resistance, but slightly poor breathability
–Application: affordable backpacks, trolley cases, daily handbags
-Recycled polyester (rPET): made from recycled plastic bottles, environmentally sustainable
-Coated polyester: enhanced waterproofness through PU coating
Cotton Fabric
-Canvas: Thick and wear-resistant, good breathability, but easy to absorb water and heavy ,Commonly used in casual backpacks and canvas handbags
–Linen: Natural texture, strong breathability, but easy to wrinkle and not wear-resistant,Application Summer lightweight handbags, environmentally friendly style luggage;Wool blend is Warm and high-quality texture, but easy to pill and difficult to care for.
Oxford Cloth
–Features: The warp and weft yarns are interwoven to form a checkered texture, which is waterproof and wear-resistant, and is commonly found in trolley cases and outdoor bags.
-Specifications: The thickness is distinguished by the “D number” (Denier) (such as 300D, 600D). The higher the D number, the thicker it is
-Cordura® :Military-grade nylon, extremely tear-resistant, light weight and good weather resistance.
Coating & Composite Fabrics
–PVC/PU coated fabric:The surface is covered with waterproof coating, which is easy to clean but has poor air permeability.
– TPU composite fabric:Environmentally friendly and non-toxic, highly elastic, replacing traditional PVC, used for high-end waterproof bags.
–Waxed Canvas: Canvas is waxed, waterproof and scratch-resistant, with a strong retro style.
RPET Materials
–Recycled Polyester :Made from recycled plastic bottles, it reduces resource consumption and is used in environmentally friendly brand bags.
– Organic Cotton:Grown without chemical pesticides, suitable for sensitive skin, but the price is higher
–Vegetable tanned canvas:Use natural plant dyes to reduce pollution and focus on sustainable concepts.
Ripstop fabric
-Ripstop fabric :Reinforced fibers are added to the warp and weft to form a grid structure, and local damage is not easy to spread.Application- Lightweight mountaineering bags, tent bags.

1.Outdoor/travel: Prioritize standard, cordura, and tear-resistant clothing, and focus on wear resistance and waterproofness.
2. Daily commuting: Polyester, Oxford cloth, and canvas. High canvas and easy to care for.
3. Environmental protection needs: Recycled polyester, organic cotton, or vegetable tanned materials.
4. Lightweight: Microfiber, high-density ultralight (such as 30D ultralight)..
– Synthetic fibers are waterproof but have poor cleaning properties, while natural fibers are skin-friendly but need to be moisture-proof.
– Coated fabrics may peel off after long-term use, and should be avoided from exposure to the sun and friction.
– High-D fabrics are more wear-resistant, but will increase the weight of the bag.
