80% of leather box works need to be handcrafted , handmade by experience masters in the key for the factory to maintain quality ,most of them have been working on handcrafts for 8-10 years, from noice to master ,they go all the way , they works hard and dedicate to every craft. The frist , they need to understand the knwoledge of raw materials ,from fabrics to spare parts , from production to craftsmanship ,from patterns to samples ,they need to know every step of production . The second , practice is important for obtaining the expereience and completing a perfect product .The most of them worked on one craft only for about 1 year to practice and increase their skill. The third . friendly communication and undertanding are essential .the worker participating in the project will read the production manual for the first time and give us feedback to gain the confrimation , avoiding problems and misunderstandings . All in all , any design and requirements of factory will be valued by prject managers , production mangers ,pattern makers and maual workers, when there is a problem , someone will come in to soluve the problem , our aim is to crate perfect products .
